Last Saturday was Val's birthday. She got a pair of hiking boots. But she wanted a pair of rollerblades. She wasn't happy. She has a horrible little brother. She got this diary from him. She thought this summer was awful.

She will go to Greenhill with her family tomorrow. She didn't like Greenhill.
